a sizzling, hot, spicy leg day + i like things to happen

Happy Friday!! This morning, I had a sizzling hot and spicy leg day! It started in the garage with front squats and split squats, and then I took my booty to our other gym to finish it up. Luckily it's only 2 1/2 minutes up the road!

It was a real good one! I think it was 27 sets and 401 reps total...

The rest of the day was go-go-go! I grabbed a coffee and headed to get that smoothie I've been craving since I sampled it the other day.

Kale, banana, apple, lemon, ginger, almond butter, coconut milk ------> the best.

I popped in to my classroom to drop off another shelf that Mike painted for me (he is WAY better at spray painting than me and is in charge of all spray painting projects from now until forever hehehehe).

I didn't really document the rest of this day, but it included a lot of nutrition client work, food, seltzer, and showers. I think I took four today hahaha! I also got this pretty card from my pretty sister, which made me smile.
