back day + teeny tiny, impossibly good seltzer

This morning started out with a great back and abs workout. I started it in the garage and did snatch grip deadlifts, seal rows, and bent over rows, then headed to the Y to finish it. There, I did lat pull downs, seated cable rows, rear delt flys, cable one arm rows, standing rope lat pulldowns, and then hanging leg raises and weighted sit ups on a decline bench. Woah. It was super fun and my upper back was smoked. 

Breakfast was a funfetti pancake and a protein shake. 

Then, I headed to the grocery store and had to grab the new seltzers! Dragon Whispers, Yeti Mischief, Mermaid Songs, and Unicorn Kisses. They only make the tiny 8 oz cans in these limited edition flavors, which is about 1/4 of what I normally drink in a sitting, so I tried one of each when I got home :) They're all, in fact, "Impossibly Good". But way too tiny! 

The rest of the morning kind of got away from me, and I made peanut butter and banana sandwich on a pita before heading out to do some shopping. 

I got home in the late afternoon and made a turkey meatball + spinach wrap, which was amazing. This Lavash bread is really growing on me, and a pack of it lasts a lot longer than a pack of pitas because 1/2 of a piece of the giant bread is a serving. I did buy three packs of the pitas this morning, though, because I will never quit them :)

For dinner, I made zucchini noodles with 93% lean ground beef and marinara sauce. We hadn't had this in a while! Super easy and really good, especially in the fall and winter when you want something warm and filling!

This week is the Jeopardy Teen Tournament, so Mike has a better chance of beating me :) I have to go pay attention and read the clues faster than he can listen to them so I can win! Good night!!
