Hi!

Welcome to my blog where I share what I eat, how I train, and how I live a happy, healthy life!

This morning, I had a serious upper body lift that left me feeling good and strong. I wasn't in the mood for egg whites, and actually had none at all today! That has to be a first! Instead, I had a snickerdoodle protein milkshake in a bowl with strawberries and whole wheat waffles. It was super filling and really good. It was super gloomy and cold this morning, and this picture shows that perfectly. Luckily it got warm and sunny by lunch time.

I went to get my eyelashes done and get a couple of things for the house, like this new "Plant of Steel" that wants minimal care, water every two weeks, and basically to be left alone! Welcome to the family, plant.

When I got home, I had a little cookout with myself and had a chicken burger on a Fold It with cucumbers and tomatoes.

Then, my sweet friend Kim came over for the afternoon to catch up, hang out, snuggle with the pups, and drink seltzer haha. It was lovely, and when she left, I was ready to eat!

Mike came home right around then too, and we had roasted turkey deli meat on cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread with pink lady apple slices and honey mustard.

I haven't been into honey mustard lately, but it was good on this sandwich. These are two kinds we usually get because they taste good and are super macro friendly. They each have only 1 or 2g of carbs, whereas lots of other honey mustards are full of sugar.

I sliced up a delicious pear for an after dinner snack.

Now, I'm having my peanut butter and casein and getting ready to watch Master Chef, which has somehow turned into a show we actually watch and enjoy!

Rubes and I hope you had a great day!
