I started my day with a good shoulder-chest-back focused training session out in the garage. Mike took Bo for a walk, so Ruby felt the need to hang out with me in the gym and pretend she cares as much as Bo does! #NUMBERoneGYMBUDDY

Post workout, I blended up a protein smoothie bowl and headed to Target!

Mike's request of "Get me the Dove deodorant with the green label" lead to this...

Honeycrisp and Pink Lady apples are forever my top two favorite types of apples. Does anyone else love these the best too?! I am slightly allergic to apples (and avocados, green peppers, pears, etc!!!) but I eat them anyways- green peppers the most. They just make my mouth and throat itchy for about 10-15 minutes, sometimes worse than others! For some reason these two types of apples don't bother me, though!

For lunch, I had a pita with leftover grilled chicken, spinach, and mustard. I had dates with it for the carbs, and the insanely long list of health benefits :) Dates were a staple for me when I went to a Mexico in February and needed the carbs, but didn't want to feel super full in the heat! They're so good and candy-like, if you've never tried them!

Later on, I had a bowl of Organic PB Blasts with chocolate protein and unsweetened almond milk and worked on the couch for awhile.
