Happy Monday, guys!! I started my day with a real good sweat, as you can see!!

Then, I came home and made this delicious, refreshing, filling, and nutritious smoothie bowl. I used 1/4 cup of crushed ice, 1 cup of Wyman's frozen cherries, kale, strawberries, 1/2 cup of Wyman's frozen blueberries, 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop of PEScience snickerdoodle protein, and blended it in the Ninja. Then I topped it with fresh strawberries and blueberries which made it 26g protein, 36g carbs, 4g fat, 277 calories. The perfect post-cardio meal.

With fresh clean hair, I got to thinking about how I feel like I've found my sweet spot. See today's Instagram post if you care to read about what I mean...

I spent a lot of the day working with a graphic designer who is making me a new logo for the blog! I also worked on changing the layout and blog content as well, so I'm a little tired of looking at a computer screen today! Here is more of what I ate...
