Happy Humpday, people! My posterior chain and entire back were working overtime with this morning's lift! I had floor presses, weighted wide grip pull ups with 3 second pauses at the top and a two count on the decent (FIRE, probably because I did it backward and was supposed to do 2 sec pauses, 3 sec down- woops- realized it after doing TWENTY of them), overhead dumbbell presses, seal rows, and chest stretches. Mike took this picture because he is a good husband and I am trying to train him to be my personal photographer ;).

After training, I had a bagel with a little light canola oil butter and an egg white omelette with spinach.... my favorite for the past few months now!

School was crazy today and definitely a "headachey" day, which luckily doesn't happen too often. Twenty more days, so it's all good. Protein oats were the best part of my school day BY FAR!

I either buy the big long English cucumbers (the best in winter), pickling cucumbers (fresh from the farm in summer), or mini cucumbers when I feel fancy). These are the mini cucumbers and they are really so good. Especially with some Kernel Seasons ranch powder. Also, this Bubba jug holds 48oz of liquid, so if you are someone who has trouble drinking enough, get one! The big straw makes it extra easy to drink. I am currently finishing my second one of the day, plus all of the other things I drank today, so that is part of how I take in so much water each day. 

When I got home, I had some peanut butter, folded all the laundry, emptied the dishwasher, showered, and felt much better about life! A little while later, I had a half of a bagel with more peanut butter as an afternoon meal. 

Ruby sat in the sun for a couple of hours and I think it was the happiest she's been all year!

I made baked chicken breast, roasted broccoli, and riced cauliflower with some veggies in it for dinner. The chicken was a weird texture which wasn't awesome, but I ate most of it... my casein milkshake will just need a little extra casein in it tonight to make up for the slice of chicken I snuck to Rubes.
