Hi!

Welcome to my blog where I share what I eat, how I train, and how I live a happy, healthy life!

Happy Humpday, friends! If you saw my Instagram this morning, you saw my loads and loads of front squats. I followed those up with snatch grip RDLs, split squats and more lower body accessory work. I felt nice and strong on front squats and I am definitely feeling ready to start my new program this weekend. Luckily I am not feeling as sore or beat up as I was last week, so these post-meet reset/recovery weeks have done their job.

I had an egg white and spinach omelette with an everything bagel before heading to school. I am actually a professional omelette maker now, and can make mine and Mike's in record time!

Today, I had snickerdoodle protein oats instead of chocolate, but as I ate them, I wished I had made chocolate. I just can't quit them- and I won't ;)

Why weren't clothes this amazing when I was a kid? Or a high schooler? Or in college LOL!? I am old.

94 degree sunshine, fresh nails, and peanut butter= after school delight.

For dinner, I had riced cauliflower that also had some peas and carrots in it. I mixed in ground chicken taco meat and Franks Red Hot and added some roasted broccoli- it was a super filling and extremely tasty (and easy) dinner!

The grass gets cut tomorrow, but it sure does look pretty holding my casein milkshake in a bowl. I added Hershey's sugar free chocolate syrup, which is pretty good for a little extra something, It does not taste good on its own, but adding it to something ups the chocolatey goodness!

That's all for today. I'm hoping to get the rest of my pictures from the photographer by tomorrow and I seriously can't wait. I am the most impatient person on earth when it comes to getting stuff I want!!

Have a great night!
