Friday, I love you. Day 6/6 of week 3/4 of my peaking program. I had behind the neck push presses, which felt awesome, beltless deadlift triples with 295lbs, which felt really strong, and then accessory work. My training session ended with 6x7 chin ups with 60 seconds rest and my biceps felt like they were going to burst by set 4.
Mike and I went on our Friday morning breakfast date, which was a nice start to the day.
I got Starbucks for a change, and also finished my pre workout (BPI Vortex). They make me a better teacher ;)
I think I ate the same thing every day this week, and I don't even see that changing anytime soon because it's just that good. I also had my greens (mini cucumbers today) because I can't live without those.
I got another iced coffee after school because I knew I had a lot of work ahead of me. My parents are officially moving out (we bought their house and have been living with them since October if you didn't know)! I got home and started helping move furniture onto the truck and that went on from about 3:30-9:30. I am so tired. I also had a snickerdoodle protein shake and some peanut butter as quick fuel on a hot sweaty afternoon.
We got dinner delivered and I had a Greek salad with grilled chicken on the side. All the goods (cucumbers, feta, tomatoes, red onions) are beneath the insane amount of lettuce they give me. I appreciate this insane amount of lettuce- you can bet I ate every bite!
Moving and packing continued and I wanted something sweet, so I had some Magic Pop with sugar free syrup. I could really just drink a shot of this syrup and be happy.
We finally filled the truck and called it a night, so I showered and had my casein milkshake. My eyes are so so sleepy, I am going to go shut them now! I hope your Friday was perfect!
