Hi!

Welcome to my blog where I share what I eat, how I train, and how I live a happy, healthy life!

Hi. I did not sleep last night.

I tossed and turned all night long, but I hopped out of bed at 4:15 and told myself that if I could hit all my numbers today on no sleep, it was all good. So, I did.

My big lifts were back squats (two singles) at my current training max (290lbs) along with back off sets at 260lbs, and bench clusters at 165lbs. Then, I had heavy deadlift holds, shoulder and chest mobility work, and barbell rows. Like I said, I hit all my numbers, but squats felt heavier than they did on Sunday, which is what happened last week as well. It makes sense to feel ever so slightly beat up after a pretty hard week of training #peaking.

My post training meal was incredible once again. If anyone is wondering or new to reading my blog, I do have an intrashake before and during my early morning lifts. I combine whey protein, carb powder (Karbolyn), water, and ice and it's so good and sends the carbs straight to my muscles.

And, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I showered and had some peanut butter before going to get my eyelashes done. I am pretty sure I slept for most of the hour while she moved my eyes and face around!

I had salmon, broccoli and some riced cauliflower and veggies with pasta sauce and white cheddar seasoning for dinner. It was amazingggg.

My brain is done for the day, so I'm going to go relax and have some more peanut butter and my casein in a little bit. I hope you have a good night!
