Loads of deadlifts. Loads of bench press. Feed me!!! I hit my current training maxes on both bench and deadlift this morning TWICE EACH, along with lots of warm up sets and some back off sets. I also had some hip ups and seal rows and could not wait to eat breakfast! Before heading to school, I made my egg white wrap with zucchini and summer squash inside (I season it with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and then add Kernel Season's white cheddar seasoning!) and a cinnamon raisin bagel with strawberry jelly.
When I got to school, I seriously thought my lunch box was going to burst. I think I need to upgrade to the next size up of fitmark bag! It's literally bursting at the seams!
I had oats and chocolate protein soaked in unsweetened vanilla almond milk, like I have been having lately. Easy, quick, filling, so delicious, incredibly simple to customize to fit your macros, cold, it's just perfect!
I also had a giant spinach and cucumber salad with some Bolthouse Roasted Garlic dressing.
After school, I stopped at BJs and stocked up. I also got a microwave because we didn't have one of our own! We always just used the oven to heat or toast things, but now our kitchen has a spot for one, so we had to fill it.
If anyone has the same china as me, no it's not microwaveable! I put my pita in on this plate and immediately heard popping!!! I took it out and it was basically on fire! Then I added peanut butter and had my afternoon snack :)
For dinner, I had chicken, roasted broccoli, and spinach salad with cucumbers and peppers.
Now I'm cozied up on the couch having my casein milkshake!
