Hi!

Welcome to my blog where I share what I eat, how I train, and how I live a happy, healthy life!

i could eat this every day

This morning's lift was great, even after a hard day yesterday. I kind of take pride in my recovery because I put a lot of work into it. Nutrition, rest, good sleep, not getting stressed about much- it all matters. If you want to be able to train hard you really have to take your recovery seriously. A good coach who programs intelligently helps a lot too.

Breakfast was an omelette with spinach and a waffle. I am becoming a pro!

I made this one for Mike and he was seriously impressed too.

Chocolate protein oats at school for a couple of easy, filling meals.

And fresh cukes with white cheddar seasoning. Mike peeled and cut this batch, which I think makes them even better somehow.

I got home and had a pita with peanut butter as I finished up my final exam!!!!

Tonight's dinner was delicious and summery! Zucchini, summer squash, spinach, cucumbers, and turkey burger. I could eat this every day.

Then I had my casein milkshake in a bowl while visualizing tomorrow's deadlifts!!! Seriously, I cannot wait to wake up and lift.

I just took my vitamins and had more peanut butter and I'm off to bed! Hopefully it gives me good dreams :) Goodnight!
