Happy Sunday, friends! I feel like I need another weekend....
Sunday is the day Mike and I go train with my coach! We left the house at about 8am, and I had a half of a bagel with jelly on our way there. We spend about 3 hours there on Sundays, so I recently realized I needed more than just my intrashake. It's been working out really well and I don't rush because I'm starving like I used to ;)
Today I had back squats, bench from the pins, trap bar deadlifts, trap raises, safety bar good mornings, seal rows, weighted decline sit-ups, and I think that was it. Squats were feeling easy, which is good since I'm six weeks out from my meet and have some big squat goals!!! I got 170 for 2 from the pins on bench, so that was good, followed by sets with 88% of that.
This post training meal kept me full for a longggg time today!
Good thing, because when I got home, my dad helped me hang wallpaper- yes, WALLPAPER!- in the master bathroom. Last weekend, I painted it the same color as I painted the guest bathroom upstairs (Benjamin Moore Sail Cloth)You might notice in the "before" picture I started painting and then remembered that I should take a picture haha. I've been doing everything in stages with this house thing. I updated the doorknobs and hinges, as well as the toilet paper holder to oil rubbed bronze a few weeks ago. We replaced the light fixtures, and then I painted. And today, we hung wallpaper to make our master bathroom a little extra special!
It was hard, but luckily my dad has lots of wallpapering exeperience and even went to wallpapering school way back in the day!! The paper I chose was not prepasted, so we had to do that, and then getting the pattern to match up was a little tricky. But it looks sooo good! I can't wait to see that beautiful wall everytime I look in there! Next step: painting the vanity like I did in the guest bathroom, except this one is a lot bigger! I'll show you the full before and after when it is all complete!
I had a grilled chicken salad when we finished up.
And a waffle sandwich with PB and sugar free syrup.
Then I got to work printing all the shipping labels for everything I sold on eBay, and packaging up the stuff. It took a while!!! When I was done I vowed to just rest for the rest of the night because I have just been go-go-go and I am tired!
Mike made dinner, which was turkey burgers, roasted broccoli, and a really good salad.
Now I am watching a sad sad Nicholas Sparks movie called "The Choice" and am going to cry into my casein pro-yo!! Hope you had a good weekend xo
