This morning's magical intra shake was a mix of vanilla caramel whey and carb powder with ice water. It was extra chilly today so I let the garage warm up a little extra before I went out there!! A major garage spring cleaning/redesign is coming soon and I can't wait to share it with you guys! I also can't wait to not hyperventilate due to all the chaos that's going on in there right now๐Ÿ˜‘

Here's my food that I brought with me, all ready to go into my lunch bag.ย

As soon as I got to school, I had my overnight protein oats. A reader commented asking if I followed the RP templates strictly because it didn't seem like I got the correct amounts of macronutrients every day. I just wanted to address that quickly here. I absolutely follow the templates very closely. I follow the old ones, and have been for almost two years- I prefer them over the new ones. I've done it all, cut, maintained, massed, and altered my macros based on the eBooks, RP's principles, and research. I don't always show every single piece of food I eat, or write out the amounts of everything I eat. Some days I combine meals, or skip greens in the morning and eat extra later, or save all my fats for night time when I can sit and enjoy them while I have them! Every person's body is different, their training is different, and their macros are different, so please just remember that as you read my blog!

On my prep, I had cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread with Light Canola Oil butter and jelly. I also had green peppers and ham.

For lunch, I had roasted broccoli and chicken with a Jazz apple, which are the best right now.ย

After school, I did not get an iced coffee (I actually just realized that I haven't had coffee since I first woke up today!) because I knew I wanted some ice cream when I got home. I almost burned the house down, though, when I put this in the microwave and it started flaming! Definitely microwave Enlightened ice cream for 25-30 seconds, but make sure you remove all the foil when you peel it off the top!!

I had a pita with PB+J because it's my favorite thing and I had a long time to wait before dinner (1.5 hours!) Since I go to bed so early, and I don't sleep well being super full, I sometimes have an extra meal before dinner rather than after. Afterwards, I stick to just the casein pro-yo or milkshake.

Mike picked up salads for dinner, and I had some of this giant one! They were from this place near our old house, and we haven't been there since we moved. As soon as I took a bite, lots of memories came back to me!! It's so strange how foods and smells can do that to you!

I hate to say it (and feel it) but Thank God It's Thursday... I am very ready for this week to be over. The countdown to April vacation is on... 3 more weeks, we can make it!!

I was still full when it was time for my casein, so I had it as a milkshake. I've been doing 1/2 water, 1/2 almond milk, crushed ice, and chocolate casein and blending it in the Ninja. It's pretty delicious. I'm hoping I can make it to bed without seeing or hearing any basketball!!
