After my lift, I got ready for school and had my snickerdoodle protein overnight oats and Ruby really wanted some too! I was slightly slow moving this morning, and all day really, so I was very happy all my food was made for me already.
I had two slices of cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread with some Light Canola Oil Butter on my prep.
For lunch, I had baked chicken with green peppers and cucumbers. I have been having weird dreams and haven't been sleeping well for the past couple of nights, so I decided to try and nix the coffee for the day to see if that helps tonight. We shall see! I also got a new bottle of ZMA, so I am hoping tonight will be better.
I stopped and picked up some new protein on my way home. I love the BPI and PEScience flavors the best, so I got BPI's Vanilla Caramel flavored whey. I already can't wait to have it in my intrashake and oats in the morning!
When I got home, I was so excited to just relax and rest for a bit in the quiet. I am not the kind of person who has to have music or the tv on for background noise. I really really really like silence when I am working on something or just trying to relax, you know what I mean?
I had a pita with peanut butter and Bo may have gotten a little bit of it.
Then I showered off the millions of school germs, put on the comfiest clothes I own (Mike called me a hobo when he got home), and had some Enlightened Salted Caramel ice cream. This was 3:30pm my friends😂
I literally sat in the quiet, caught up on internet stuff, and finally managed to make dinner... taco salad with ground chicken. Simple and delicious, which as you can see is the story of my life.
It's an early night for us over here, so it's already casein milkshake time. Next come the ZMAs, followed by the best night of sleep ever!! I hope you had a good day, see you tomorrow night!
