Happy Friday, my friends!!! This morning, I had behind the neck push presses (which I love- I love all presses I think ;), heavy deadlifts and banded deadlifts, then handstand push ups, chin ups, and Powell raises and hip ups. It was a great morning out in the garage!
I love this picture of me. When I look at it, I see confidence and growth- mental and physical. My chest, shoulders, core, and quads have grown and developed a lot in the past 6 months or so, and I'm just real happy about it. My backside has also grown, developed, and gotten a lot stronger, so that will surely be featured soon ;)
After training, I had breakfast with Mike before school. I had an egg white, ham, onions, and pepper sandwich on rye toast (and coffee of course!)
I had a nice, sweet Jazz apple on my prep...
And lunch was a Joseph's pita with roasted turkey, spinach, kale, arugula, and regular mustard. I also had a ton of cucumbers on the side.
A friend on Instagram let me know that I was the featured "Strong Strong Friend" at the end of Meg Squats' latest video! I absolutely love and respect this girl so much, it was really cool to make the episode!
When I got home, I made a print for someone (I used to have an Etsy shop and made all kinds of things, but not anymore!), and washed my hair- for the first time since last Friday. I had a pita with peanut butter as a snack.
This weekend is going to involve a lot of "house stuff". We are finally emptying our storage unit!! We started with the first load when Mike got home from work, but we've got a lot to do! I can't wait to have all of my beautiful stuff back in my life!
For dinner, I had my favorite Greek salad with some grilled chicken.
And my favorite movie ever is on... The Lucky One. Bo loves it too because of all the dogs in it! So does Mike :)
I had some Magic Pop with more peanut butter and a casein milkshake. Now I am off to take a couple ZMA and rest this body! Have a good night xo
