Hello everyone!! I had another snow day today, so I let myself wake up naturally at 6, which was really nice. I had my coffee, made my intra shake, turned the heater on out in the garage, and was ready to lift!! Today I had incline bench press, deadlifts, dumbbell presses, a fun chin up variation, and box good mornings! It was a great workout, especially when I did my 300lb deadlifts without a belt! My core and upper back have both gotten so much stronger and bigger, and I can feel how much they are helping all of my lifts. It makes me veryyyy excited!!!
I joined Mike for breakfast today and switched things up a little bit. Instead of an egg omelette full of grilled greens and toast, I got egg whites, peppers, onions, and little bits of ham on an everything bagel. It was really good and exactly what I was in the mood for.
After that, I never stopped moving! I went to Lowe's for some new painting tools, and then headed to a local paint and wallpaper store for paint. I decided that I would use this snow day to paint the guest bathroom upstairs. After changing out the light yesterday, I realized I really needed to paint the whole bathroom. I have painted so many rooms so many times in my life it is ridiculous. I don't really mind the process, and I always love the finished product, but I really hate the cleanup! Luckily, we aren't doing much painting at all in this house, but we are hiring out the big huge painting job of basically 2/3 of the first floor (so soon and I literally cannot wait!!!!) So I figured I can take care of painting the two upstairs bathrooms myself.

In between the first and second coats, I had my lunch. This was a huge spinach, kale, and arugula salad with Boathouse Farms blue cheese dressing, and the meat sauce I made on Sunday (93% lean ground beef, Rao's marinara, and chopped onions).
I painted the second coat (my favorite part!) and then prepared and put the first coat on the vanity (least favorite part!). I had to run to HomeGoods for a mirror, but new I needed some carbs, so I had a banana on my way there!
I got a decaf coconut iced coffee while I was out and realized that I was in a super coconutty mood.
Dinner was super basic but delicious, baked chicken and roasted broccoli. The chicken just has salt free Mrs Dash on it which is really good if you're looking for a simple seasoning!
Then I had a Joseph's pita with light canola oil butter and cinnamon. We are completely out of every flavor or f Kernel Seasons popcorn seasoning and i can't believe it! That's probably the first time in a year at least... gotta restock tomorrow, I really could've used the kettle corn flavor on this!
And you know what time it is! Chocolate casein pro yo with some PB2 on top🍨 I'm going to have some peanut butter as soon as I get up from writing this post, too :)
