how i make my pro-yo

Hi guys! A bunch of you have asked how I make my Pro-Yo, and it's so so simple! Note- these amounts are estimates, and exact amounts can vary based on your personal preferences! If you want a more frappe-like texture, use a little more liquid and a little less xanthan gum. If you want it a little thicker and creamier, use a little less liquid and blend it a bit longer. If you want it icier, use more ice and blend a little less. If you get carbs, add some delicious toppings. If you get fats, top it with nut butter or blend it in. Just play around with it and have fun testing!! I eat this every night before bed, but I've also had it at all different times of day because it is so good, super filling, and so easy to make it fit your nutritional needs. 

I personally like making my pro-yo with unsweetened vanilla almond milk, but any liquid will do- even water!  We have a Nutri-Ninja blender that works so we and makes the pro-yo extra smooth and creamy.
