Happy Friday!! It's time to play catch up... Here we go!

Training has been going really well and Sunday marks week 4 of this program. I'm ready to take a little break from the killer safety squats I've been doing, but since they're so hard for me I'm sure my coach will put some form of them in again- yikes!

The whole hypertrophy thing is definitely working and my muscles are feeling bigger and I'm just feeling more solid overall. It's a good thing. Here are a couple Instagram pics for those of you who don't follow me...
