three weeks out, I needed a day, and a bunch of food

Happy Sunday!! I'm now three weeks out from my meet and getting excited!!

This past week was kind of crazy. The class I am taking ends this coming week, but we were a week behind on everything due to a cancelled class. So, I had three weeks worth of assignments due over last week and this week, along with our huge final project. All of my extra time this week was spent working on ALL OF IT and I am SO happy to say that I finished EVERYTHING yesterday and now I don't have to worry about it this week at all! My last class is on Thursday and my final presentation is on Friday, and it's actually all been a blur. A blur that I am very glad is ending. 

I even had to take a mental health day on Wednesday to keep myself sane. It was the best day ever.  The little break and a little extra rest were exactly what I needed to power through the rest of the week and the rest of my work.

Anyways, it's officially time for me to get laser-focused and only worry about crushing some weight in 3 weeks! I had a solid week of training and today was my heaviest day of the week, and I hit all of my numbers without a problem. These may or may not become openers from the meet- we shall see! (The last part of the video is just a clip of the reverse hyper machine that I mentioned last week!)

My peaking program has me doing all kinds of things, and only doing all three of the "big lifts" on Sundays. The other days, I am doing different variations of the lifts (lots of pauses and stuff like that!) and accessory work. I really look forward to Sundays, though, and getting under the heaviest weight of the week!

Since all I do pretty much is work, train, sleep, and eat, here are some pictures of what I've been eating this week!

More lettuce (and parsley!) from my mini garden an chopped garlic. I mixed the parsley and garlic in with ground chicken and made some meatballs.
