something good in every day

You know that saying, "Not every day is good, but there is something good in every day"? Well, these are my "good things" from the past few days.

Monday: We did a great Hero WOD, "Nate", and I did some more muscle ups.

Tuesday: I talked to my sister on the phone for a nice long while and we got to catch up, and it made me excited to spend lots of weekends on the Cape this summer.

Wednesday: I did not throw up during "The Ghost", even though I really thought I was going to at the bottom of every burpee.

I celebrated National Running Day by taking the dogs for runs. Notice the plural RUNS because there is no way I could handle them both alone! I got in a great workout, though!

Thursday: Kettle bell WODs are back now that 5x1 week is over. I love them. This one was a 10 minute AMRAP of power swings and dynamic push ups. I was so close to getting 7 rounds- just 5 push ups short. I finished them after the buzzer for my own mental health.

 Everyday:  This guy takes reallll good care of me and just downright spoils me every single day. I can count on him to be my good thing every day.
