Thursday was front squats 5x5 and I went up to 180# despite feeling super sleepy. Here it is and you can see my head/face almost exploding on the last rep ;)

Rubes was as anxious as I was to hear the 15.4 announcement on Thursday night!

I hate leaving the box and heading to school every morning- I procrastinate by taking selfies with dogs.

Ruby was happy to join me for some errands on a sunny Saturday afternoon.

Our friends threw a pretty awesome 80's themed birthday party on Saturday night. I quickly realized that I wear side-ponies most days {just lower} and skimpy muscle tanks are my favorites. It didn't take a lot to get me in costume.
