i love weekends and stuff

Saturday morning was a great morning in the garage...

I love Saturday mornings, knowing I have the whole weekend ahead of me, and nothing to worry about, a nice clear mind.... 

I also love Sundays and restocking the fridge and getting everything ready for the week. We do almost all of our grocery shopping at BJs each week (when you go through as many pounds of vegetables as us, it just makes sense!) Mike zips around the whole store like a mad man and we are in and out within 15 minutes- it really is pretty amazing!

I don't prep all of our food for the week on Sunday, I usually just cook the ground beef and chop up the peppers. Everything else, I make each night as I'm making dinner, so that it is as fresh as possible. This is what a normal night's prep looks like for the school day ahead...

I figured out how to do L-sit pull ups- just singles so far- but I've done a ton of them in the past few days. Talk about a full body movement! Shoulders, lats, triceps, biceps, abs, lower back, quads... all LIT up! I love it.
