I hope you have had a good start to your week! Yesterday's metcon was tough- a 15 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) of 2 rope climbs, 5 clusters (full clean into a thruster), and 15 wall balls. I finished 5 rounds and 2 rope climbs. I am getting better about climbing the rope even when I'm out of breath and my shoulders or legs feel tired...

I coached and then headed to school and enjoyed the second part of my meal #2 before the kids came in...

I was going to try and do a "day in the life post" yesterday and include all of my meals, but some were forgotten in the mix. And just after a reader asked if I eat tons of chicken and I answered no, I had my third and fourth meal yesterday with chicken-haha. That is not the norm, I usually like spicy 93% lean ground beef for those meals, but we made some chicken on Sunday night, so I used the rest of it up :) Lots of veggies, oatmeal, egg whites, brown rice, chicken, beef, pitas with peanut butter and jelly, intra-workout shakes with strawberry flavored protein and carbs... here is some of it:

And we now have a GoPro, which means my life will never be the same! Watch out for billions of cool videos and pictures as soon as I figure it all out!
