Saturday was a snowy one and Mike didn't have to go into work, so we fueled up and headed to the Box. These simple style eggs were so good and the smoothie was packed with blueberries, coconut almond milk, and vanilla isopure protein.... amazing!
Later on, I had a few of these carob and spirulina bites which are also amazing and my favorite new treat.
At the Box, I worked on my snatch work and then my coach had one of his "fun" ideas and I decided to join. We did the "Bring Sally Up" workout with Back Squats- it hurt, but I made it through the whole song!! I had the song stuck in my head all day after that and I have a feeling any time I hear it, it's going to bring back some memories ;)
That afternoon, Mike took me to see American Sniper, which is a hugeee deal because in the almost 4 years we have been together, I think we have gone to the movies 3 times. He hates to go, and honestly there are lots of things I would rather do than sit in a movie theater as well!
On Sunday morning, we were up nice and early so we could get out to Boston for the East Coast Championships! The snow and cold were disgusting, but the sky was pretty.
