Happy Monday!!! 

Mike and I had a great weekend celebrating a great friend from high school's beautiful wedding on the Cape! It was a really beautiful wedding and so great to see old friends... we had an awesome time!

We stayed at a close family friend's house who lives right near where the wedding was and she left us this adorable spread {she was away for the weekend and still welcomed us!} so sweet!

before the wedding on Saturday, we went straight the beach for a few hours, then into town to do some shopping and have a little pre-wedding snack. It was the perfect day to me: beach, shopping, Mexican, wedding!!

After lots of dancing and wine, we woke up Sunday morning and headed straight to Cape Cod Bagel before heading home for a rainy, relaxing Sunday!

We spent most of the day killing flies {there were disgusting flies filling our garage and a ton in the house too, so mike went on a serious rampage with fly swatters and spray!} and watching the CrossFit Games. Seriously amazing athletes who definitely motivate me to push harder! I especially love Lauren Fisher and would like to be her :) 

I tried to channel some of their strength this morning during a pretty tough workout!

 It was pretty hard and the 100 lunges with a kettlebell in each hand felt like they went on forever!! We were in the first heat this morning, so I am always wondering how the rest of the people did throughout the day!

Good news: my hands are feeling good. Bad news: my bum and legs are toast!!!
