Hi guys! As I get ready for the new week, I figured I'd better close out the last one by sharing my last couple of workouts...

Thursday was Push Press day and a tough kettle bell WOD {they all kill me}

I was happy to make all my numbers, even though my wrist was killing me {I strained it or something last weekend and just sucked it up for the week!} Push presses really hurt at first- then somehow felt better, so I could still lift- thank god!!! And now my wrist is as good as new, so it's all good :)

I did pretty well on the KB WOD, even though the double unders slowed me down a bit...

Then on Friday morning! I wasn't very excited to do this 12 minute AMRAP. Toes to bar is way hard for me in large volume, so I did knees to elbows and tried to just work on stringing them and focused on my kip. It ended up being a real good one and I pushed myself pretty hard to finish out the week.

I almost made 12 rounds, but was 3 knees to elbows short...

This weekend {and last week} was really busy, but I feel like things are coming together with the last minute wedding details and I am finally starting to wrap things up school-wise. It's just about time to focus on this very exciting time in our lives <3
