RP LINKS || greener grass || work hard, rest hard

Hi guys! I wanted to share my new referral links for all things RP!! Instead of just typing in my LILLY10 code for a discount now, you have to click my link and then place your order! You can now always find these links ****HERE**** . There is also a tab on my blog now where you can find them, and I will be adding more information regarding my experiences with RP to this page soon as well! If you are interested in any of the high quality training programs or diet templates, or even eBooks now, use the links and save yourself some money!!! I have been following RP's diet and nutrition principles for a year and a half now, and I have also used their strength and hypertrophy training templates (which got me really freaking strong last winter and spring!!) I honestly cannot recommend them enough- they have so much to offer to all kinds of people in the fitness industry, as well as people who are simply interested in living healthier lives. If you have any questions or need some advice, just message me and I will be so happy to help you!

If you've been reading for awhile, you probably know how I started teaching at a new school this year. I didn't think about it at the time, but I guess leaving a school you've been at for 8 years and moving to one you know really nothing about can be considered risky. Some people warned me that "the grass isn't always greener"....

Well for the past few weeks, every morning that I've driven into school and seen this amazing tree, I have thought about how sometimes the grass IS actually greener, though (and the trees are brighter ;). So, lesson learned... take the chance.

This past weekend, we moved the gym over to the new house. We have so much more space, but I was pretty sad leaving our little garage gym all empty.

Building that gym and spending almost every morning there for the past year changed my life! Not to be all dramatic, but it really did. It allowed me to take my strength and interest in powerlifting to the next level. Now we have more room though, and I know there are even more possibilities here!

My guys like it too.

I broke it in with 63 easy-feeling-reps of bench press with 135#, so I think that's a good sign!

We have more moving to do this weekend, and lots of organizing ahead, so there is really never a dull moment. I am excited for the next dull moment in my life! Hopefully soon... I am soooo looking forward to a weekend spa trip with my friends next month, and of course, our anniversary trip to St. John. Work hard, rest hard.

Mike got my key made a little extra special <3 So cute, right?!

Have a good rest of the week and I will be back with some training updates soon! Promise!
