I just have a few pictures of some meals from today, and not much else to say. Day two of my new program was great. Currently, my training days go like this: lower, upper, lower, upper, lower, combo, rest. So, today I had reverse bench press, weighted chin ups, shoulder mobility work, push presses, and rows. Tomorrow, I hope my legs work because currently, they don't!! 10000% NOT complaining, though- it feels good to be working hard again.
